ABOUT JODIE

Her Journey so far

Jodie started practising Yoga in 2014 after moving to Musselburgh. Initially she was drawn to the physical side of Yoga, Just as she began to practise more other benefits became clear. Yoga didn't just help Jodie with strength and flexibility in her body but within her everyday life. 

Seeing the changes happening first hand and Jodie's real passion for Yoga her husband not so subtlety guided her towards deepening her own practice with a Yoga teacher training course.


After this Jodie quickly realised she wanted to share all this new found knowledge and in March 2017 began teaching Yoga in Musselburgh at the Fisherrow Centre. 

Jodie completed her RYT 200 hour Yoga teacher training with Dhugal Meachem of Tribe Yoga Academy. 

Jodie knows the importance of continuing to build on her knowledge as there is always something else to learn or deepen your knowledge of, when it comes to Yoga and the complimentary therapies. 

In September of 2017 Jodie completed her RPYT 85 hour pregnancy Yoga course which covers pre and post natal  along with mum and baby Yoga. She has also attended courses on Ayurvedic Massage and the art of adjustments with Karen Kirkness of Meadowlark Yoga.

In 2018 Jodie qualified as a Sport Massage therapist after attending training at Queen Margret University, Musselburgh.

9:00 - 10:00am Hatha Yoga

6.30 - 7.30pm Hatha Yoga

8 - 9pm Yin Yoga


Friday

7:45 - 8:30am Rise and Shine Yoga


Saturday

9.30 - 10.30am Hatha Yoga

11:00- 12:00pm Gentle Yoga

FAQ

Where are the classes located?

We will be meeting on zoom for the forseable future, just download the app and when you receive the link you are ready to go.

What should I bring / wear

A yoga mat (if you dont have one dont worry you can practice without) and wear clothes that allow you to move easily. 

When should I arrive

Please be on the call 5 minutes before class is due to start.

What is the cancellation policy?

For online classes i have a 12 hour cancelation policy. If canceled more than 12 hours before the class start time you can move your booking to the next class of your choice.  If you cancel within 12 hours you will lose your credit for that slot.
